This first floor accessible, new build is an entertainer's dream-with open concept kitchen to dining to living room and 20 foot vaulted ceiling! Just off the living room is an easily accessible powder room for your guests. Down the hall, you'll find the master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a large glass enclosed tile shower and double vanity. Upstairs you'll find a second King bedroom and adjacent full bathroom. The upstairs sitting area has a folding cushion sofa that doubles as a queen size bed for 2 additional guests.
